Antique mahogany wood and veneer two door cupboard, waist high base, made around 1900 probably. Rounded front corners with interesting shaping on the top. Single shelf inside. Mostly solid wood with a veneer on the top. Condition is pretty good structurally: it's solid and sound but there's a sliver missing on the back of the left side and the right side plinth has a piece missing (see pics). Cosmetically there's a lot of marks, dings and scratches etc, especially on the top, but all part of its story. There's a working lock but the only key which we found which operates it is too short to reach through the door, annoyingly. We put a turn button the front to keep the door shut, and will include the key in case you want to get a copy or something. Dimensions: 101cm x 44cm x 87cm high
